"This is most unprofessional shop I've seen. Took advantage of my son on a simple muffler and resonator delete. The pipes hang down almost to the ground due to shotty work wheres there's plenty of room to keep it tight like normal. Then will return a phone call and phone just rings. Unbelievable. WOW."

"INCREDIBLY disappointed! I went in for a headers back dual exhaust. The workmanship was horrible. The welds were terrible. The welder used his own hangars he welded onto the body with NO metal prep what-so -ever! Welded directly over dirt and paint. Holes in the pipe joints, no crossover, and the tips were over a foot below the bumper line. I've seen high school freshmen in Votech School weld better. When I returned to inquire about cleaning up the work the welder threw a temper tantrum and walked away swearing at me acting COMPLETELY childish. The owner assured me he would personally resolve the issues however the next day I received a call that my vehicle was mysteriously damaged over night. When I arrived I was told that some scrap materials must have fallen causing large dents and deep scratches on the side of my vehicle. The problem with that is the scratches were horizontal not vertical. Never in my lifetime, have I ever seen stacked doors, steel gates and pallets fall sideways. It's been my experience that gravity pulls DOWN! Funny there wasn't even any paint on the debris next to my vehicle. They are paying for the damage repairs but the exhaust repair is still garbage and I've been without my vehicle for a couple weeks! Lesson learned. I will be cutting off the exhaust and rehanging a new exhaust myself. (I certainly can't do any worse!)"
