"Completely unprofessional children working here. Took almost 20 minutes sitting there to get the order out and it was COLD! I can understand if it needs to be made fresh but to have that wait and then get cold food is unacceptable. Then the kid with the headset on decided to run around the building for God knows what reason. Save yourself the trouble and just go next door to Burger King and have it your way. You rule."

"We got a big Mac and it was a complete waste of a meal. So disgusting I rather had made something at home myself. I ordered online but waited over 15min and then I go in and saw the kitchen was a complete mess very dirty. Management needs to improve cleanliness and food preparation needs work."

"Ya lucky I ain’t have time to come back cuz what the actual hell is this ? How hard is it to stack a burger on a burger that’s the same shape and size … not very hard there was nobody in line maybe next time take the extra 5 seconds to make sure my burger don’t look like this ?"

"The food was good but all order kiosks were out of receipt paper. Also, the kiosks aren't great. Would be nice if there were more staff up front because they were severely understaffed. The workers that were there were overwhelmed and overworked. One was crying and they don't get paid enough to work in such stressful conditions. Stop being cheap and hire a couple more workers."
