"Your staff gives greasy food in to go bags. I ordered a simple cheeseburger and large Fry's n Waited 45 minutes to walk to my car n the greasy food fell through the bag. Whoever the main cook is SHE needs to watch the quality of food going out. I don't even want a re fund now with the rudeness of a phone call to complain"

"Was parked for fresh fries/nuggets only the fries were fresh nuggets were hard as rocks also paid for extra sauce and it wasn't in the bag. From now on I'm only taking my business to McDonald's run by Dias management Inc! This location meets subpar standards.."

"I spent 35 minutes in the Drive-Thru for a Big Mac meal! 3/3/24 at midnight. All the workers were dancing around, listening to music. They look like they was all drinking to me Nobody was working. I never seen anything like that before."

"I will say, in the last few months things had been questionable. But tonight 02/23/24 the service was impeccable. Nikki and Ivan were spot on. Our orders were out fast and with a friendly face I have literally avoided this McDonald's as much as possible even tho I only live a 3 minute drive away. After our experience tonight we'll no longer have to drive out of our way. Can't wait to visit this location again!"

"Our entire order was wrong, and despite having the receipt for our order and getting a complete different order, they refused to give a refund or give us the correct food. The service was horrible, they were extremely rude and disrespectful and the MANAGER used explicit language towards me. (the date of the order was Valentine's day at around 12am) So as of this date I'm not longer going to be a McDonald's customer."
