"What a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT AND SO RUDELY SERVED!! I visit this place many times on my commute to work....Today I was treated RUDELY by Server....Sorry your Co Worker have topics to discuss but #1 Customer Service is Priority and if your UnHappy or have Issues as I overheard abt co workers discuss it when the windows closed, #2 Don t be Yanking my card out of my hand Nor Slam the window, # 3 Just Cause YOU ARE IN The "UPPER CLASS" Area Do Not ASK YOUR CO WORKERS HOW A PERSON WITH MY SKIN COLOR( IM NATIVE AMERICAN) HAS A CARD TO PURCHASE? NEVER EVER WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS SPOT. I IGNORED IT FOR TWO DAYS BUT TODAY I DREW THE LINE! I GET BETTER SERVICE IN MIDTOWN(Campbell and Grant area) and (Grant and Freeway area) Not only that but when I opened my bagel and cream cheese it looked good but when I bit into it and opened it there was cream cheese only in the tiny hole of the bagel to make it look like it was filled!! Sad Company that allows Employees to Snub people and jib them for their hard earned money!!"

"Very bad customer service. Ignored after I walk in for a pick-up order. At least acknowledge your customer's presence. Update: oh man, this place is so terrible. How do you not have both of the donuts that the customer ordered? What's the point of ordering from here if y'all don't have either of the donuts that someone wants. Lol. I will not support this place now, or in the future. Dunkin' is for plebs."

"I'm a Dunkin' coffee fan. Even when I'm traveling (which I was when I visited this location), I find that Dunkin is always pretty consistent when I create my order in the app. I usually get my regular coffee with cream and Splenda, but right now, I'm really enjoying the Dunkings Hazelnut Heartthrob coffee. This particular location also has Baskin Robbins ice cream. If you don't have the app, I recommend you get it and take advantage of the rewards."

"This review is for DD products and not necessarily this location. After seeing a commercial for a sausage egg and cheese croissant I wanted to try one. I bought 2 and brought them home. This is probably the worst breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had. The croissant was flat a doughy, the egg and sausage looks like it was created in a lab, and the taste was just horrible. We threw it out after 1 bite. I’ll never understand why so many people frequent this place, I’ll never go again."

"I love DD, go every week, and I am a DD Perks (loyalty club) member. So I love the chain but not so much this location. Yes, It’s fast, clean and friendly. I of course love the doughnuts too. That said, I love Hot coffee too, but I take it with cream and sugar, and I like it az served, which is quite a bit which is great - but it cools the coffee off too much. So it’s served more warm vs Hot. Heat it up my friends! I just don’t enjoy the coffee here as it comes warm when you get cream and sugar. Don’t worry, I won’t spill it on myself ! VictorB"
