"I know all the hard work and dedication it takes to produce such intricately detailed pastries. That is why I don’t make them. For several years I never knew of this little cafe tucked away from visibility of the street. I am a croissant connoisseur. The shape of the croissants here are precision. The fruit tarts were delicious. Grab some pastries on your way to work."
"I have had this patisserie bookmarked for well over a year, as someone who LOVES a well made croissant that will take me back to time spent in Europe. They nailed it. My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday to get some items for take out. We got the chocolate, strawberry & almond croissants along with a cinnamon role. Sure they are a bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Absolutely delicious with a nice flakey/crunchy crust, the croissants taste just like the ones I have had in France and Belgium. The cinnamon role was outstanding as well. It is a cute little joint in Wrightstown area, with an outdoor seating area. I am actually thrilled this place is not too close to where I live, as I would likely be about 30 pounds heavier."
"I came across this place on social media and was eager to give it a try, especially after seeing the enticing pictures of their croissants. When I arrived, there was still a wide selection to choose from, but I was shocked by the prices at this café. We ordered a regular croissant for $5 and an almond croissant for $8. While the croissants were good, they weren't exceptional enough to justify the steep price tag. It left a bitter taste in the overall experience. I understand that quality often comes at a higher price, but this just felt excessive, especially for a croissant. Even if they were the best croissants, I wouldn't willingly pay $8 for an almond croissant. While the flavors were decent, they were just okay pastries. To make matters worse, they added an extra 3% credit card fee, which was the final straw in making it the most expensive croissant I've ever had. In the end, it simply wasn't worth it."
"We visited Cafe Francais for the 1st time today and , wow! Delicious!! Absolutely blew me away. It really reminded me of the little corner bakeries in Europe. You can tell the owners take such pride in their work and the creativity and flavors shine. I got an Almond and Apricot Kouign Amann and hubby got the Strawberry, Thyme & Goat Cheese Kouign Amann. They were exceptional!! We enjoyed our pastries with a cappuccino. Then we got two croissants to take home. The Bumblebee, lemon curd with lavender vanilla glaze, and the Raspberry cream cheese croissant. They also have fresh baked breads and many other treats available."
