"Cannot rate atmosphere as I went through drive thru. Service was top notch. Love that they had an active associate running the drive Thru on a tablet, not talking though a menu board, I can never understand those machines. Putting a Cashier at the line is a plus. She also helped me put together my own personal drink. Not just something from a list like the competition."
"The music is way too loud, and it is hard for them to hear your order. We got down to order at the window because the drive thru line was ridiculous. The barista took our order. I ordered a large Golden eagle chai dirty with a total of two shots, with soft top and light caramel drizzle on top. He ended up giving me a golden eagle with two extra shots. (way too strong for me). Went back and told a different barista and she also got my order wrong. She gave me a chai without the shots. Service and all are great. I just think they might want to lower the music a bit in order for you to communicate with them at the window and avoid getting the drinks wrong. It is unfortunate to pay so much for a drink and to still get it wrong."
"Love the drinks...Pink Flamingo and Cocomo are my absolute favorites. Even when the line is long they hustle to get your order as soon as possible. Always upbeat and charming...they take time to "see you"...1000% rating...and the prices are so so so much lower than Starbucks"
"I came for the muffin top which was served cold. And there was not an option to have it warmed up. Disappointing! The line was long both walk in or Drive-In and the latte was fine. I remain a Starbucks snob thank you."
