McDonald's 6102 East Broadway Boulevard, Tucson, AZ 85711

"Tonight this mcdonald's, for their convenience, decided to close the play place early. I came in and there were still families enjoying the play place. But I was told that me and my son could not enjoy the play place. I argued that as long as their other families in there we should be allowed to be in there as well. The lady then proceeded to go into the play place and kick everybody else out. I do believe the corporate rules state that it should be open until 9:00 and that is precisely why I came. The woman was incredibly rude and let me know that she was disgusted with the idea that I would provide feedback about my experience. She told me that was sad. We're disappointed but not heartbroken. We will be back most certainly. I do indeed think that that woman should have her behind spanked though. Metaphorically speaking, that is. I want to add that I am a customer service professional and I have been for pretty much my entire life. I know very well how to handle clients. I am 1,000% an expert in this! This woman was so incredibly rude and Unapologetic. It absolutely blew me away. Like she had no training whatsoever. One Professional to another. Had she said look, I'm tired and I want to close it down early. I'm really sorry. I would have totally understood and moved on to the next McDonald's. Instead she lied to me about everybody else leaving. They weren't. Then just to prove her own point she went in there with the utmost pride and kicked everybody out. She then practically ran to her manager to announce what a bad guy I was for the fact that when I take my valuable time to provide feedback to corporate, they almost always offer me a free meal. Because feedback is a gift."

"I didn’t like the service of the man who served me today at all. I don’t know English, but I clearly told the translator what I wanted. It took him only 3 times to understand what I wanted. I also forgot to provide a glass for cola, + they didn’t put napkins (well, it’s not at all convenient to wipe your face with your hands), please keep in mind that you need to put them in a bag, people without napkins are not at all comfortable. But the woman, very well done, I came up and asked for a glass and she gave it to me. I won't come to this McDonald's again"

"Went here in August to get a Big Mac and a large fries and a large coke, even though this location looks similar to the abandoned 7202 E 22nd St, Tucson but still food is amazing as always and they still have the red roof!"

"The staff was not friendly nor did anyone seem like they wanted to really be there! I knew eating breakfast out at fast food places is a bad idea. Their play place is pretty big and nice, it's one of the ones we used to go to back when I was in high school. (Class of 2008) I like the mural artwork on the walls!"
