McDonald's

"One of the worst McDonalds in the area due to customer service and Management. If you work on DM AFB and part of the military community, stay away. I had to plead with the staff and manager over a hash brown that wasn't in the bag. They wanted proof of who I spoke with from when I called back and asked who I talked to. Straight slap in the face for someone who frequents this establishment on weekly basis. This is not the first time they've forgotten an item in my order and Management doesn't seem to care about customer service. Don't waste your money there. In the end, I was never given my hash brown they forgot."

"Anyone ever been to a McDonald's where they are incapable of getting an order right?! This location is the one. They can confirm on the screen and in person and somehow still mess it up. There machines fill drinks for them and they still overflowing when handed to you. Ask for a receipt and can't manage to give u that. Switched from curbside to drive thru and it's the customers fault and need to still wait. I guess 2 sodas is beyond there comprehension. But yes let's pay the employees more and pay more to go to a restaurant that no matter what they will still be unable to be correctly hand u what I need every time. I wonder what the wait constantly is? I'm also thinking maybe some customer service training so there horrible attitudes don't shine thru as much? Maybe hire people that want to work and don't feel the need to take there attitudes out on someone who literally bought a soda. Again both are over filled and soda all over cup. If you can't pour soda say that and maybe ask for help. Telling someone to have a better day... I recommend sticking to your script and not at a window where others need to interact with you."

"Order messed up and when I returned they acted like it was a joke. They messed it up again. While I was at the drive up I showed them items were missing and the three girls there just laughed. They gave me the missing items and acted as if they were flipping me off. I had a child in the car and he wasn't happy either."

"This location is pretty nice, although there are a lot of homeless around here but they didn't bother me at all. It's not a nice feeling, seeing people that are struggling like that while you're trying to buy and eat lunch. But the food was nice and hot and the service was fast."

"I just want to thank the team that took my order tonight. Of course everything had to be customized because some people in my family are a pain in the neck. And usually people get the orders wrong. But these guys took the time to make sure everything was right. And I know it was probably an irritating order to take, I know I would’ve been annoyed.So I am super grateful these guys did it with such effort. Give them s raise"
