Whataburger

"Asked for No onions specifically and they Still put onions on my burger. Milkshake looked like rotten milk.waited over 15 minutes in the DT. trash location!"

"Foods great, if you want to wait as long as you do in a normal sit down restaurant. I understand it's made to order food but every single time I go in, it's always 30min waiting time just for me while 5-10 other people come in after me and get their food. Some of us can't stand around and get free food and we go in to grab and go since the app doesn't offer pickup option other than curbside or drive thru."

"This place has been open for a year but it seems that the employees are completely lackadaisical towards the customers. I ordered online and waited at curbside until 15 minutes after it said that my order was ready (all told I waited 25 minutes at curbside). I went inside and the employees seemed to be more worried about the other curbside order than mine (they came after I did). When I spoke with the employee about my order, they mentioned that they will work on my order now and that they were waiting on fries. A further 10 minutes later, my order was complete. I should have verified that the order was complete before I left the building. However, I have 5 other folks at home waiting for this food. One of the burgers were made incorrectly and we were missing one of our fries. The burgers were not warm anymore and the fries were warm at best. It was a very stark contrast compared to other Whataburgers in the area where I would be greeted when I entered the restaurant. It seems that this place has lost it's core value of "Where Goodness Lives"."

"Considering this establishment is right off of the freeway It was pretty clean. They were definitely hopping during the lunch rush and seemed to be shorthanded. But they made due and brought our lunch to the table with a smile. I tried that barbecue sandwich with the coleslaw and I wasn't a fan personally but my husband had the green chili burger and as always he is very pleased lol. If you stop at this location plan for a lengthy stop during lunch rush. They are doing their best but you may be sitting there a little longer than you would expect for fast food."
