"The staff at this location is so sweet! Came by with my dog for a birthday puppercino and they were so friendly with her and even gave her a sticker. Super attentive even though it was a busy day. And as a plus— the coffee was perfect."

"I just love coffee in particular I love Starbucks. I love their coffees and teas hot or cold their pastries, and their merchandise "reusable cups". Also, every Starbucks I have ever been to the employees are all super nice and seem to be in a very good mood. Maybe they are just very caffeinated but either way great and expedient service."

"I ordered a tea lemonade with heavy tea and they added heavy cream instead (I’m lactose intolerant) so I had to order again and wrote in the instructions that I want heavy tea not heavy cream and they still sent me the same tea with cream as before. Almost $40 on two Uber eats orders completely wasted and poured down the drain. I’m extremely upset."

"I have been to this Starbucks quite a few times but I am on the fence about returning. Overall, drinks come out fine and usually everything is great concerning food etc. but tonight I had a bad experience concerning customer service. I ordered on the app and got there 10 min. before closing to pick up my order. After waiting at the drive thru for 5 minutes or so with no answer I went to the front with my son assuming they didn't hear me or something. But the doors were locked. I tried to explain through the locked door what the situation was but the lady acted like she couldn't hear me and just scribbled a note saying they were closed. Fine. I wasn't expecting them to make drinks or anything (in theory they should have already been there waiting for pickup). But since this clearly wasn't the case at that point I just wanted to know what to do in order to get a refund from the app (a number to call or something). But nobody made an attempt to even really hear me out and just pretended I wasn't there after writing the we're closed note. I never order something right before closing but I had ordered ahead and was just picking up. If they didn't get the order or tossed it, whatever, didn't care all I wanted was info on getting a refund and they just assumed I was going to be a problem I guess?"
