"I really want to like this place but usually end up disappointed. Staff seem very unorganized and there is usually a long wait time. The bagels are always very hard to eat. Rubbery and difficult to chew. I also asked for an assortment of bagels when I ordered a dozen and the girl gave me almost all plain bagels."

"The manager Stephanie is very rude, sloppy, and doesn't understand the meaning of customer service. This location is routinely unprofessional, but it's ignored for convenience. Last order missing eggs and cheese, unbelievable! Time to go elsewhere."

"Never coming here again, the girl asked me 3 times what I wanted, I ordered the western with 2 eggs, when I got the bagel it had no eggs and had beef on it when it was suppose to have bacon, then they didn’t even refund me the right amount. Learn how to train your employees, plus I had to wait forever to get a refund, my fiance ordered a smoked salmon bagel, it had ends of the tomato, a lot of cappers and barely any cream cheese, it wasn’t even cut in half and the bagel wasn’t toasted."

"The bagels were good, my issue with this location is the service and the seating area...the lady pictured was grumpy and rude to my friend and others. The guys behind the counter didn't seemed very organized, one person asked for a ham and cheese bagel, one guy said we don't have those when it is clearly on the menu board. My friend wanted butter on her toasted bagel but it sat getting cold for about a min before someone put butter on it. The seating area was not clean, we had to ask for napkins to wipe down our own table and this is were the lady got real rude the way she told us to just wait a min someone is getting them.. it took longer than it should have to get napkins, she found a small pack and grabbed them when the lady was being rude to her. I hope this is just a bad day and not an ongoing issue with this location."

"Went in to get plain bagels and they were out and had no plans to make me any! They always have a poor selection! This place will actually tell you to call and order your bagels ahead of time because of the lack of making bagels to have ready!"
