"I got scolded for not asking for ketchup at the window to the order taker. When we waited for our food at the Waite parking area I asked the girl that brought the food out for ketchup she said no problem. But then what seemed like was the manager brought out the ketchup and scolded us and said next time ask for ketchup at the window to your order taker. She was very upset. I was very annoyed but I got over it soon figured she was having a bad day but holy moly can't believe she's in that position"
"Another T-riffic Old McDonald's. They went above and beyond to take care of me, my son, and my emotional support animal! Thanks, McDonald's!"
"I had a few errands to run and hadn’t had a thing to eat all morning. I stopped by McDonald’s and ate lunch in the parking lot. It’s always the same story: I get a hankering, I “satisfy” it, I regret it, I promise myself I won’t return, a month later I repeat the cycle. “You go back, Jack, do it again…”. This time I took photos to remind myself that 1) the Filet-O-Fish sandwich just isn’t as good as I remember it and it’s stupidly expensive for its size and ingredients ($6.19); 2) Why did I spend $6.89 on a burger that isn’t even charbroiled? 3) $4.69 is just downright excessive for a medium order of fries. This is boring corporate food. America would go here because it was fast and inexpensive; now it’s fast and insanely overpriced. On the upside, they do have a sign on the building that claims they are hiring at $15/hour, so at least they’re besting the minimum wage. And the two young people who served me were polite and friendly. Comparing to other fast food (e.g. their two biggest burger chain competitors or even a cajun chicken chain) and dine-in restaurants (i.e. a Chinese buffet on Ina), and in my estimate, McDonalds _really_ exaggerates their prices. I’ve made up my mind: it’s time to break the cycle; no more golden arches for me."
"Could have been better, should have been better. This store clearly has major issues. Upon my arrival in the parking lot l observed the exterior to be well maintained and free of trash. I had simply intended to utilize the drive thru, but based on the backed up lengthy long line, l decided to go inside instead. Upon entry to this establishment the very first thing l noticed was the manager screaming orders rather loudly at her staff. Oddly it appeared that she was either unwilling or incapable of communicating under the 140dbl level. Upon arriving at the counter I was immediately and warmly greeted by the same manager who actually is capable of having a normal conversation. After welcoming me to the store, she immediately started screaming for the worker who was assigned to the front counter to come take my order. He was out in the dining room cleaning tables. Apparently she doesn't take orders and instead primarily just screams at the workers. Upon completion of my financial transaction I was attempting to put my debit card back in my wallet when the young man kept sticking and waving a table tent marker in front of me, all he had to do was look to see that my hands were busy, apparently putting my debit card away wasn't a priority, but immediately holding that stupid tabletop marker was, at least in his mind. I'm guessing just setting it down on the countertop so l could pick it up later wasn't a viable option in his world. Oddly l didn't share his same sense of urgency and finished putting my card away before excepting custody of the precious numbered table tent. I ordered the Big Mac meal in medium, along with fries and an ice tea with light ice. While cool, when my tea arrived, in a reckless abandonment of common sense, it naturally was devoid of ANY ice. Upon opening my Big Mac serving carton it was basically impossible not to notice that it realistically appeared as if someone had already taken a bite out of the food. I immediately returned it to the front counter and spoke with the same manager and asked if I could have one that didn't appear to already been eaten by somebody else. She immediately addressed the issue without attitude and barked out an order for a replacement. I found my fries to be delicious and abundantly well salted, well past the point of excess, l just didn't want to argue over everything so l ate them. I really felt that my visit today demonstrated a total indifference to customer care and customer satisfaction. Additionally l think it highlighted a lack of pride in the staff in what they viewed as acceptable. The staff of store #6260 clearly leaves vast room for improvement!. My visit today exemplifies while convenient, this is why I truly make every effort not to eat at a McDonald's. Sadly this is just another example of overpriced fast food produced by overpaid ($15/hr) under performing clueless staff who seemingly embrace mediocrity as the new norm. Is this remotely worthy of what's charged? Oh McJoy!"
"Ahh yes, I went here 3 weeks ago to get a Big Mac and large fries and a large coke and a 10 piece nuggets and there are so damm good, and this location has a red roof and a 00’s play place this location feel so nostalgic. I absolutely recommend this location!"
