"If you love cats and you love supporting business that also love cats, stop in. There were many, many kitties that need all the pets and love, plus your dollars go to support the care of these sweet babies. Yes, some of the cats are skittish, but they are in an environment with lots of smells and activity. I saw some complaints about the smell being bad and honestly, I didn’t notice that at all. The employees were all friendly. I can’t wait to bring other friends/family here to give the biggest skritches to the sweeties babies."
"This place sells tea and coffee drinks and cookies. It is not a restaurant or cafe. You can buy a drink and visit cats up for adoption in a 3-story building. For $25, you can buy 15-20 treats for the cats. Many of these cats are in need of special medical and mental attention. So be prepared for empathy. Most of the cats are not forthcoming, so you will need to approach with care and gentleness. The place must have financial support to provide a 3-story commercial building to house services for these special needs kitties. I have mixed emotions about the services and the quality of life for some kitties. I will not return."
"Please better clean the litter boxes and couch sheets. The overwhelming smell of ammonia and feces was a lot that I left early from a massive headache due to the smell. I felt gross sitting on anything because it's all sprayed on by the cats. The litter boxes were FULL. I also understand wanting to adopt out cats, but they need to better assess which cats they bring into the cafe for people to interact with. Most of the cats are acting feral with only a handful (four) who are actually social enough to be in this kind of environment. I have been to countless cat cafes all over the world and have never been scratched from any cat with ill intent, especially not unprovoked by a cat in a cafe. I've actually never been scratched this bad by a cat ever, and I've been around cats my entire life and worked professionally with them for many years. It was a feral/unsocialized cat sleeping near me while I was drinking tea while I was watching another unsocialized cat play on its own. The one that scratched woke up from a random sound, saw me, hissed and scratched my hand that was resting while holding my tea and ran away. Many other cats were extremely overstimulated and aggressive, scratching and hissing at other people. The cats' coats and physical demeanors are also telling. Almost all of them have unclean greasy coats and their tails are down, running away and hiding. Great concept here with the layout but it would be better and safer to properly assess the cats at the shelter before bringing them here for adoption. And don't bother buying the treats. Only one fat cat wanted the treats, none of the others showed any interest because they're too scared of people."
"A friend and I had a coffee date here recently and I loved the experience! There isn’t any food that I saw there, but they did have a few drink choices to choose from. There had a lot of cute cat related gift items created by local and other vendors. The cat room was cute and cozy with lots of friendly felines to greet you. You can purchase some kitty treats as well- which will make you their favorite person ever. Look forward to the next time we get to visit."
"One of the better cat cafes I have been to. That's saying a lot since I have been to ones in Europe and South Korea as well. Great floor plan. It's technically three floors. The kittens are on the 3rd floor. They are very energetic. Definitely buy the treats they offer at the check in desk. You can bribe almost every cat in there with these treats."
