"I work in the community and ordered a quarter pounder meal only to find a cockroach in my food. I was offered a free meal but I prefer not to eat there, the manager did not offer a refund and admitted there was a pest issue. I was told I needed photo evidence but was so disappointed and disgusted I had thrown my meal out of my car because I did not want the cockroach in my vehicle."

"This McDonald's provides horrible customer service. After waiting for over 10 minutes in the drive thru just to place an order, the woman that took my order messed up my order and tried to charge me $21 for a big breakfast with hotcakes and a coffee. The employee at the window gave my order to someone else. I was told to part out front. After waiting outside for 20 minutes, I had to go inside an re-order. The order I got was incorrect, so I had to go back to try and fix it. The manager was extremely rude, and refused to fix the order. I order the same thing every time I come here, so I know what the price is. Ultimately, I wasted 45 minutes, did not get the correct order or my money back. This place is ridiculous. The incompetent manager needs to be fired and the employees need some re-training. I won't be going back to this McDonald's."

"We ordered a big mac meal for my child, no mac sauce and no Pickle's. The person in the drive thru did not give the receipt, she very fast closed the window and ignored me! So I asked at the pickup window and first they gave me the wrong receipt then they gave a duplicate receipt! When we got home and as you can see by the photos I submitted, the big mac sandwich was sloppily made with plenty of sauce and pickle on it! I called the store manager and the following day I went in and explained to the manager what happened and showed him the photos, he re-did the whole order, no charge, but, it should of never came to that! I am very disappointed in McDonald's and this one on Park and Marketplace in Tucson Arizona, we will never go to again!"

"I think the staff are very patient here. They have many things to do surely but people still have complaints like why it is so pate and things like that. Well, i think both of them have their reasons but i also saw the restrooms clean, everything clean so I am pretty pleased and giving 5 stars to this branch. I took deluxe chicken burger and it was good enough for lunch for me."
