"It takes over 1 hour every time I order from here. I’m always patient but when I asked them to reheat up my food after getting my drink an hour after, they refused and redirected me toward a microwave. $6 for a sandwich I have to heat up myself. They should have just given me a new one. Student staff was nice, but management was kind of rude about it."

"Placed a mobile order and said it was going to be ready at 9:30am. I'm currently sitting here at 10:12am and my order is still not ready. The staff has avoided eye contact as much as possible but when I finally got ahold of someone they told me that my order hadn't even been printed yet. I ordered it 1 HOUR ago and it still isn't printed out. Long story short, don't waste your time at this awful place."

"I always go in and got used to the long waits and seemingly uninterested behavior but today I ordered something different, usually I order a chai tea latte but I decided to get a pumpkin spice lattes with an extra shot of espresso (exactly how I said it as I ordered it), and ended up with only one shot of espresso in the whole drink (when there was supposed to be 3 since a grande comes with 2 shots naturally + I ordered a 3rd shot to be added). I noticed the problem immediately and tried it anyway, but it was just sugary milk, so I went back in immediately and asked if an extra shot was added. The guy who I saw putting the spice on top and gave me the drink said he didn't know cause he didn't make the drink, and the only other lady who could've made it just stared at me and didn't do anything. I didn't want to start a whole fuss so I ate it and drank the drink but thoroughly did not enjoy it and am frustrated with how I was treated and people acted like I was insignificant and invisible. No problem solving was attempted, they just wanted me out of their store so they could keep doing their job as minimally as possible. This was a waste of almost 7$ and makes me not want to go back to a starbucks, though based on past experiences I know not all locations are as awful and careless as this one. Awful experience and wildly unsatisfied with a bad taste in my tongue left from their customer service."

"Seriously can't even give the whole drink? I understand these are students working... but I'm missing a good 1/4 of a $6 drink. Wish they would've made this right when I brought it to the baristas attention. Guess they don't care about their community customers or reviews.."
