"I ordered my coffee on the app and came to pick it up, I added 1/2” cream in it and usually other location filled it over the first mark line of the venti cup along with 3 shots expresso and some pumps of white mocha, however I came in and my cup was only half with I can say it was only 3 shot expresso. However, it’s not the point of this review, the employee’ attitude is really pissed me off. When I politely asked if he can add a little more cream for me because this would be bitter for me, he said he already added it and this was none of his business. Excuse me! Hello? Then why you go to work for ? :) I came on Feb 7th at 9:30am."

"Awesome service, coffee, and food quality is highly recommended for dessert-type snacks. I wish they would bring back Salted Caramel Mocha Frappacinos or at least stock up on the salt for it so one can be made to order."

"This location does not offers samples to clients. This is the second time I come to this location and ask for a sample cup and they say they don’t do samples. Back in November I asked for a “Pumpkin Spice Late” sample and I was told they had to make a whole new drink in order to make a sample, this time today April 1, 2022 at 1:16 PM as it says on the sticker on my cup drink, I ordered two refreshen drinks, and a sample cup of one of my drinks and the lady said “We don’t do samples here, we don't even have sample cups” I am very disappointed with this. I wanted the sample of my drink for my daughter to try it. It is ridiculous that you guys give out cream cups for dogs but cant give out a client an empty sample cup to put their paid drink for someone else to try. I feel like not offering sample sizes to clients for their children to try is children discrimination while dogs can have cream cups."
