"Don't like kiosk. I would rather deal with a person. The employee helped me through the process.When paying with cash, you still deal with a person. Why can't we just place an order with an employee? The kiosk should be cleaned after every use."

"This location is simply terrible. I have never once gotten in and out of this McDonald’s in less than 30 minutes, regardless of if it’s busy or what time of day it is. I always order just one or two items online and come through the drive through only to be told I need to park off to the side while they just continue to serve other customers. I’m not sure what the reason for this is, but it leaves me wondering if they just forgot about me. This happens every single time and I am typically there for 30+ minutes. I’ve never had a consistently bad experience at any McDonald’s location accept this one. Very disappointing."

Despite the late hour, the place was humming with activity. Firstly, the service was a bit delayed due to the manager's decision to prioritize tasks other than attending to customers. This caused an unnecessary wait to place my order. However, the lady who eventually took my order was not just efficient but incredibly kind. She even offered me a complimentary hash brown for the wait, a gesture that was much appreciated. The food quality was excellent. I particularly enjoyed the sausage McGriddle. However, my positive dining experience was overshadowed by an uncomfortable incident. Two gentlemen were sitting quietly in the restaurant when the manager brusquely informed them that their allowed time was nearly up and they needed to leave. Their polite demeanor in response to this unwelcoming attitude was notable. I empathized with these gentlemen, as they seemed to be seeking shelter from the cold, and shared my uneaten sandwich with one of them. It's disheartening to think that individuals are being turned away from a warm place over something as small as the price of a coffee. In light of this, I believe the management needs to reassess their approach. Hospitality and kindness, as demonstrated by the front-line employee who served me, should be the standard, not the exception. The manager's behavior was not only unprofessional but also lacked basic empathy, which is crucial in the service industry. In closing, while I have no critiques about how McDonald's prepares their food, I strongly feel that the management style at this particular location needs to be reevaluated. It's essential to treat all customers with respect and dignity, regardless of their circumstances. This incident was a stark reminder of the broader societal issues we face, where empathy and kindness are often overlooked."

"So as I've left in the other ones we love this McDonald's so much that we came back twice of the same day practically within the hour. They had friendly staff smiles on their faces everytime I'm reading them they greeted us with a hello welcome to McDonald's how may we help you very friendly. Service was the fastest service I have received d*** you're anywhere. So we ordered breakfast and we love it so much that we ended up coming back a second time for more breakfast. The 1st time we got sausage mcmuffins 2 of them and then realized we had the app so we went onto the app and ordered a sausage egg muffin. All were amazing very very warm sensational taste and peckable service fast expedient . If I were to recommend anywhere in Tucson for McDonald's I would recommend this McDonald's the staff was over friendly amazingly had a smile on their faced each time and the service fastest hot bed ever had. So if you ever in the Tucson area come on down to McDonald's where they serve McDonald's. Face it promotions approved"
