"Horrible experience! Paid almost $700 to change my starter originally, and then in a couple of weeks they had to replace it because they put in a faulty starter in. The starter took a day to get in, and the guy seemed very stressed out and rude and then charged us over $100 for a diagnostic on top of that we had to pay $300 to get it towed back to the shop because it did not start while I was out with the kids and we waited over 4 hours for the tow truck to come pick up my car. I tried to tell the guy that it was crazy we had to pay more and he was like there isn’t anything we can do we had to run the diagnostic and raised his voice at me saying that it is what it is. I thought that was highly unprofessional and very rude. We will not be going back here at all. I just wanted to leave this review incase someone else had car troubles, and to go somewhere else. They don’t care about people they just want money. I mean Firestone only charges $10 for a diagnostic not $110. I hope they see this and learn that they need better people at the front instead of stressed out people who are very rude."
