"Everytime I go here It's a hit or miss. They somehow get my simple orders wrong and it's at the worst time to, for ex, today I went to get coffee before work, and wouldn't ya know I got the coffee wrong so i couldn't go back and get a refund or let them remake them."

"There's something to be said about cleanliness. It sets the standard for an entire visit. If you see old dirt and trash everywhere you go in the establishment then you begin to question the sanitation standards everywhere in the business; including the kitchen. We went for the Playland so our toddler could play and it was absolutely disgusting. No one has maintained any cleanliness standard at all inside the Playland. Old food, trash, and old dirt caked onto all the play surfaces to include trash inside the Sani-wipe dispenser which was empty of Sani-wipes but full of trash. The used band-aid was especially concerning. We went around 2:30pm and it was very slow; not busy. The majority of staff were just lingering around watching two people work. In the words of the true founder of McDonald's... "If you have time to lean, then you have time to clean." The entire place needs a serious deep cleaning and a system of maintaining a cleaner standard. Oh... and our food was old and cold. Not made when ordered. Unacceptable when they were not busy at all."

"I went tonight trying to order a cookie tote for my siblings and I and when I drove up no one was in the drive through the gal asked as usual will you be using your mobile app and the driver in my car replied yes and the girl replied “ be with you as soon as I can” in a rude voice my friend didn’t hear her and went to order and she then proceeded to raise her voice and said again “ I’ll be with you as soon as I can ! “ me and my friend both looked at each other and were kinda shocked. She then came back on and said what can I get you super passive aggressively. We asked how much he tote was and she gave us an around before tax then said we are only taking cash. And we got quiet and I pulled up my app and asked if she knew why my coupon wasn’t working she then said well you obviously need to make it a mobile order repeated it twice and seemed irritated. I got pissed off and left the drive through she was talking down to me like I was stupid I’ve never had this issue before using coupons and she refused to help me. I called down to speak to the manager and she just apologized I told her the girl in the front was super rude and she’s needed to move her. Super unhappy with how we were treated."

"Always a wait here even with an empty drive through somehow, I've lost 10s of thousands of points waiting in this drive-through for them to give me awful experlike ...take my order at the box after the automation asks if I'll be using my rewards, and I say yes and click the rewards button even. Then, being parked for a small one meal order to just be forgotten about. But yay, fresh fries with my meal and...a smile and an apology... right... Yeah... No reimbursements, no coupons for next time, no free fries for the wait or even the free item I wasted my points twice on trying to get the free item the points were even for and that they couldn't honor. So... is it the location, the workers, the app, the company, the technology? All of I think just sucks anymore, I think I would rather just not go here anymore."

"The food is everything you'd expect from a McDonald's, quick, tasty, relatively inexpensive. The only major issue with this location in the last 3 times I've visited is that this trailer has been parked where mobile order and delivery pickup spaces are supposed to be. In fact, the signage still indicates that the spaces are here, but unfortunately, the public has no access to the and they've not been reacommodated. You have to park and enter the building, first world problem right? Anyway, they should either free up the space or designate a new area. This issue aside, they were quick and helpful once you entered the restaurant."
