"*UPDATED* further disappointed: actually made it inside this time, but the system would not allow my gift card to work. Had to pay out of pocket, and was overcharged for add-ons that I never ordered. To be fair, the young ladies each took the time to try and help me with my issues, but were either not very knowledgeable or just stuck in an outdated, non user friendly system. At the very least, I wanted to fill out the survey to get a free dilly bar for next time, and the website wouldn’t even allow me to proceed after entering my 19 digit receipt code. So I ended up overpaying out of pocket for a mediocre blizzard. I would avoid this location at all costs until DQ updates their system or at least trains/treats their young employees better. Arrived at 7:50pm to grab a sweet treat for my wife who was having a bad day. Doors are already locked, despite not closing until 8. An employee is still inside closing down, looks me right in the eye, and just walks away. If you’ve updated your closing time, then clearly say so, otherwise that’s just laziness. Quite disappointing"
"Every time we come to this one they claim they can’t make something because it close to closing. Apparently 45 mins to close they already have ovens closed so you can’t order anything that needs to be warm. We started driving 5 miles past this one to the other Dairy Queen."
"I felt sorry for the worker present. Her manager had left over an hour early and she was doing her best. There are not many places to pick to eat at the mall and unless they can hire a new manager soon this place is just ok. It took at least two tries to make chili dogs. Not a place that can have only one employee. Several people left before they ordered anything while we were waiting for our food."
"Stopped here with my family, on a whim, right before closing time. The gentleman behind the counter took our orders and (most likely) had to get out all the supplies he probably just put away for the night. We kept him past closing time, but he gladly made our orders to perfection and served them with a smile. He did an awesome job. Thanks to him, his patience, and his super-kind personality, we'll definitely be back... just not so late next time."
"Didn't really like it. I visited from.out of town. Was hard to get to (unless you happened to be going to stores close by in outlet mall). They were out of 3 or 4 blizzard types. Including my first 2 choices. Service was good. Kids liked it (kids always do though right. I would say middle of the pack for DQ'S."
