"I've been in quite a few subways over the last few years. I'll say this one is closest to me and it's a blessing. The staff that works there on a regular basis are great and the management does what they can with the business. The owners of chains like this really should be more in tune with the businesses that they are purchasing sometimes money and everything profits are and without good customer service profits will be lost and you're not going to get good customer service from low paid help."
"Every time I come it something, out of everything, no staff, poor service, app said order was ready but wasn’t when I arrived. Was told the store doesn’t control the app. I hope they close and put something better here or get better management. I walk in today employee doesn’t even greet says there is a line but no one standing there. So I was confused and the employee look lost too then I realized the other guest sitting were waiting to order. All you have to do is say “Hey I’m working on an online order then I still need to take the guest order sitting right there. It will be a bit of a wait.” Basic communication skills lacking. I have talked to cooperate about this location but they, didn’t care, franchise doesn’t care or they would ensure their investment is being as efficient as possible. Valencia and cardinal location is the spot I guess."
"I paid with EBT and was treated very well. Respectful and no questions when I stated my very specific order due to advanced stomach and intestinal disease. Unlike the McDonald's at Ajo and Kinney when I asked if they took EBT and was treated as if I had the plague."
"This is the third time I've gone in to this place and they never have what I want. Today this poor lady was the only employee working. I waited for her to put in a new bath of bread (took her about 10 mins) then as I ordered she told me she only had wheat or white nothing else (mind you I've been waiting for over 15 minutes already) so as I place my order they don't even have any ingredients for my order. Two people walked out because it was taking to long. It was 1 o'clock so I don't understand why they didn't have anything. So I even helped her bag my food to try and help. I won't ever go back to this subway again. I rather drive to the other location on Valencia. I never write reviews but today I was so upset I had to leave one. I feel like I wasted $40 on the worst tasting food EVER!"
"I order 3 melted sandwich meals and they where cold , the drinks had not carbonation , I called the store and Randy was rude and said that there was nothing he could do if I wanted to bring back my sandwiches tomorrow since they where closing ??? the first young lady that answered the phone told me that the toaster was broken and said do want to talk to somebody else I don’t know how to help you and put Randy on the line I asked if I could speak to the manager and he replied that they don’t have one ?? I said not in the store or not right now he said you can talk to a manager tomorrow the day manager her name is Michelle but if you want your money back bring the sandwiches I told him that I wasn’t going to and that my drinks where flat too he said I can fix the carbonation in the drinks ?? When Tomorrow?? The store was closing !!! Randy needs to be trained again as well as the young lady in the basic knowledge of customer service this indeed seals the deal on never returning to this Subway and I’ve lived out here for 15 years I will drive to another location and not give this location another dollar !"
