"I went in to purchase a battery for my key fob today and was advised it was $10 and some change. I agreed to the price and the rep asked for my key and they would get it changed. When the rep returns with my key they said they noticed a crack in the shell when they handed my keys back to me. My key fob never had a crack prior to getting the battery replaced and I didn't appreciate the rep trying to say there was a crack when they accidentally broke it. I am not mad, I just don't appreciate that you tried saying there was a crack prior when I look at my key every day and the damage wasn't there."

"Great location for the Green Valley and Sahaurita communities. The comfort of the waiting area is nice, but could be improved. The snack bar is not open, and only coffee available. No transportation provided for long service appointments as was once offered. I waited for up to three hours in an uncomfortable showroom once and was told no van would take me home and pick me up, but they did offer a Uber ride."
