"I found the phone operator rude and unhelpful - she asked me to repeat myself several times stating it was hard for her to understand me and tranfered my call. I left a voice mail for the service department requesting a call back to schedule an appointment for service on my Honda Odyssey - I had purchased from them two years ago. My call was not returned. I called a second time a day later and spoke again with the phone operator, who again stated she was not able to understand me and asked me to leave a voice mail for the service department - I declined. I am aware and proud of my accent. I have been in the US for over 30yrs. I have a doctorate level education and worked for a government agency for over 20yrs; in a position that required English oral and written comunicación with lawyers and court's employees; doctors and hospital's employees; in addition to daily oral comunication with co-workers and clients. I found the voice and attitude of the phone operator insulting and discriminatory. So, would I recommend this company? NO! I'm giving them one star because this page did not allow me o post this without it."
