"I ordered two little items off the menu and went to wait for my order; I haven't heard my number for 10 minutes on small order. When I waited at the counter area, I saw a few bags on there, not knowing if it's mine or not. The female employees who took my order looked at me and said nothing; assuming my order was still not done. A few more minutes passed, and still no order call. This time, I asked an employee, and he pointed at the bag that I thought it wasn't mine because the female employee didn't say anything or let me know that my order is done for the whole 15 minutes of waiting. By the time I started eating, everything in my order was cold."

"Placed app order for full meal at Valencia location. When I submitted payment the app started to tell me to go the Irvington location to pick up an order for 1 Dr pepper but I also received phone notifications to pickup my actual order at the correct Valencia location. The weird Dr pepper order for the Irvington location is still on my app and by reading the app policies, it sounds like I will be charged regardless of whether I get the order. I tried to call the location and no one answered. I shouldn't have to pay for this annoying extra order for a soda the app made. There should be a way to cancel orders in app. I've tried to contact the location to resolve it to no answer and shouldn't have to spend more time on this. I also can't order again until this tiny order is removed."

"The food was good, it's McDonald's. fast service and very friendly. The only problem I couldn't use my app since they apparently have been having problems, especially with the 20 or 25 percent off. And they couldn't even add it manually or anything. So what's the point of having the app. Personally, I'm not one who likes to have all kinds of apps on my phone, so it's a bummer.. Other than that clean and very welcoming"

"I was for breakfast in a Tuesday morning the persons taking the orders were rude, but when 4 guys seemed to be regulars to the store she ordered their food before they even ask her, another customer was there and she gave them free drinks, she did not ask me if my food was for to go or to eat at the restaurant, she gave me the food on a bag,I stayed and notice that she served everyone at the tables but us. When you travel you may want to be treated as equal as the regulars. I was very disappointed with the service. Bathroom was clean service was awful"

"Don’t stop here, keep going, this place is filthy. Vivian the manager lectured me on how she has no control over these things. The inside temperature is in the 80’s and they don’t clean there tables after the customer leaves. So they have a fly problem. Vivian I would recommend a different job not in customer service. I also recommend you or your employees clean the tables promptly and use clean water to mop the floors."
