"I dropped off my car yesterday to have a flat repaired. When I came to pick it up and schedule an appointment to purchase 4 new tires, there were 2 ladies in line in front of me who were being helped. I was acknowledged and told someone would be right with me. While I waited the phone rang, and one of your employees came up from the back and answered it. He spent several minutes going over prices with a customer hung up, and went to the back. He shouted to another employee to come and help, and while that employee was walking up to the front the phone rang, he answered it and started helping that customer. In the meantime, several other employees walked through the front of the store and politely told me that someone would be right with me. It wasn't until I got on my phone and called your store that someone else came up from the back to answer the phone again. Once Brandon answered the phone there was really nothing else he could do but help me. This isn't the first time this has happened to me, I have a fleet of vehicles so I am probably in your store more than the average person, every time you do this to me it says you don't care about my business. I don't know if this is a policy of yours or not, but answering the phone and helping people who may never come into your store and making those of us who want to spend our money with you wait is really poor customer service. I've talked to several others who have experienced this and never said anything they just never came back. You really should do something about it."

"I just went to get my tire pressure checked. The warning light had come on, and I didn't have a pressure gauge. Juan left the front desk right away and checked all four tires. He gave me a pressure gauge and ask one of his coworkers to top up the air in my tires. I was super-impressed and told him that I know where to go the next time I need tires."

"Outstanding experience at this Discount Tire location. I had a very short wait to get my tire checked out after it ate a screw in a construction zone. Their customer service is above and beyond. They repaired my tire for free (!!) and didn’t try to convince me that the tires are in need of replacement (they’re not…yet). Definitely won a repeat customer today."

"Got 4 new tires for a close friend I'm glad that they took care of us with ease and were able to get an appointment booked quickly! The service was fast and friendly too! A bit pricey but hey- they're tires. I was hoping for a deal of some sort (buy three, get 4th free) but that wasn't offered as far as they communicated, so that was unfortunate. All in all, I'm glad it was taken care of... I'm happy for the convenience of being close to my work and home, and also for the efficiency they were able to provide."
