"They take too long on your order and when you go through drive through you always have to park and wait even longer. They have even forgotten stuff in my orders multiple time. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don't ever go here."

"I have watched this store go from great to a dumpster fire over the past 2 months. It’s close to my work so I stop by from time to time. Today staff was arguing amongst themselves as they scrambled to find a order. After I paid from the drive thro window I was asked to pull around to the front. Took around 20minutes of waiting but did receive my cold burger but very hot frys. Hope this store gets the help they need."

"There was no body at the restaurant when we pulled up. Waited 7 minutes at the drive-thru speaker. So we pulled forward and got asked to pull around and have waited over 15 minutes now and still haven't gotten our food. We also placed the order online 10 minutes before we arrived. The lady at the drive-thru window was rude. She definitely doesn't like her job today."

"Went through the drive thru and ordered the #3, impossible burger combo, with no mayonnaise but add mustard instead, medium fries &drink. Also 2 honey mustard chicken wraps. After a full 18 minutes wait, I called the store to see why we were waiting so long. We were informed that they were waiting on the chicken wraps!!!! We got our food & fries were cold, impossible burger had ketchup added instead of mustard. This is not the first time we have had to wait but it certainly is the last time. We kept hoping it would get better, we will go to La Cholla & River from now on…"

"This review is mainly about the physical condition of the restaurant and property. To start with, the restaurant needed to be updated at least 10 years ago. Im not sure how long its been here but its as if this Burger King was built and just left to slowly decompose and fall apart. There is a dining table that has been broken for at least 6 years. As Im writing this review there is a window that has been broken out and boarded up for well over a month now. You need a 4x4 to navigate most of the parking lot, as it is completely full of potholes that have been badly patched, as well as the remainder of the asphalt that has been worn into loose gravel. As for the service… The manager? Assistant manager? Speaks to the employees like they are lower life forms. I’ve been going out of my way to go the the River Rd location recently which is a few rungs up the ladder!"
