"Waited over 20 minutes in drive thru for 3 hot n spicy chicken sandwiches. This is what we got.. dried out, not fresh and not made correctly.. hard as a brick. When confronted, basically said we were lying. They did ask if we wanted it remade only after they saw our discontent. I will NOT return to this location."
