"I am very frustrated with this franchise! I use the McDonalds app on a daily basis, both for pick-up and delivery. I have been reporting to this location for more than 2 weeks, that their app says "not available " for the frappes. Due to this, online orders and pre-paid app orders are not allowed. I've been driving past this location so I can use the app/delivery services. Poor problem solving!"

"Don't eat here don't work here bad environment bad atmosphere no respect they cutt your hour for no cause treating there own employees like customers I got told that people are scared of me. Plus employees date they make drama make you curious if these people drop down and put people that want to work and do the job better than you guys can't even do your job right health lady is watching you guys can't make food right or even clean the store right. Can't even get your employees in control"

"Looks like there was a new girl getting trained at the drive thru and she was very rude. I ordered a medium iced coffee and she handed me a small one with chunks of coffee grinds, I asked her if this was the medium and she rudely answered yes with attitude. I basically paid the price for a medium and recieved a small, I don't think it's that hard to read cup labels and you could always switch jobs if you hate it there that much."

"The restaurant was in a very poor state of cleanliness and maintenance. A broken ice machine, no napkins, trash on the floor, and filthy restrooms are all unacceptable conditions for any establishment, especially a restaurant. It's disappointing that the staff didn't take care of these issues or provide a better experience Overall, it was very unpleasant and I hope that McDonald's takes steps to address these issues and improve their standards of cleanliness and customer service."
