"I stopped going to this location years ago after continuous service issues. Friday, I was in the area so I ordered through the app. Ordered a tea with extra ice and a snack wrap. The snack wrap was shoved into the bag upside down so upon removing it, it came apart in the bottom of the bag. My tea not only had almost no ice in it but some floating stuff on top. Trashed the entire order."

"Ordered on the app so it could be more fast and convenient and it was neither of those things. And then when I finally get to the window they tell me to pull around to the front and then they bring out my food and forget the dipping sauces so they go inside and take another 5 minutes just to come out with a couple of ranches. What's the point of going and paying for fast food when it's the total opposite slow as molasses"

"Fast friendly service. Food has always been exactly as I ask for it & always tastes great. Jack in the Box is in my top 5 favorite fast food places. Plus love the late night munchie deals."

"I got the spicy chicken sandwich... Jack has always been hot and fresh out of the fryer, like burn you piping hot. Not this time or the last or even the last location I went to. Sucks to pay $9 get only the sandwich and it not be anything I thought it would be. The poppers taste like dirt is the main ingredient. The Muncie box just last yr was 6.99.... why is it 11$ now and the cool creative sandwiches are not there. Are Regular French fries are not an option because the whole meal would be cheaper buying individually?? A friend got onion rings... 1.. 2... 3... Onion rings. So, 2 tacos, 3 onion rings, and a menu sandwich with a drink is like $12..... That is not cool. Inflation didn't hit that hard. Jack is greedy and looks to be struggling to keep the doors open. Over charging, and serving old food. Then the employees skimp the food??? I'll pass. This was my favorite place to eat..."

"This Jack in the Box is better than most. For one its cleaner than most others. For second the employees are friendly, and helpful. The food here never seems like it came out of a warmer, it's always fresh cooked to order. If your a fan of Jack in the Box I highly suggest this particular Jack in the Box."
