"We have been searching for the perfect pizza since we moved here in May. We've found some acceptable places. But, why settle for acceptable when you can have the best. This pizza is amazing. From the dough to the cheese to the fresh tomato sauce, it's like being in Italy. Today we tried the prosciutto wrapped around fresh mozzarella, with olives, Basil, tomato sauce, drizzled with olive oil. A must from now on. The place is basic, on the smaller size. The service is attentive. It's rare to find an 18" pie wood fired pie . Can't say enough good things. Our favorite pizza choice from now on."

"Visiting from out of town and looking for a great local pizza joint ! We hit the jackpot pot ! Wood fired , thin tender flavorful crust ! Ordered the Bianca with pesto sauce offerings are that of a more gourmet pizza :) and super tasty!! With a Cesar salad. Delicious! Staff was attentive and very accommodating on a busy Friday night ! "We moved from Scottsdale and have been on the search for real awesome pizza. We found it. This is it. Unless you eat a lot of pizza you really do not know what great, quality pizza is. After a year and a half of eating sub par pizza all over this city we found Fiamme Pizza. DELICIOUS, CRUST, SAUCE AND TOPPINGS COOKED TO PERFECTION. Every single person that we have dealt with there has been really normal and polite. I pick up pizzas from there twice a week and if my bloodwork was a little better I would go more. They have seating there but it is very casual and nice. If you want real pizza try this place."

"Probably the closest I’ve found in Tucson to the pizzas in the Emilia Romagna in Italy. The crust, the ingredients just right. The dining area is pretty small and you get the impression much of the business is “to go”, given the stack of empty pizza boxes towering over the entrance to the dining area. I just can’t fathom taking such a tasty pizza fresh from the oven and dropping it into a box for that “cardboard pizza” smell. Anyway, every pizza I’ve had there has been delicious."
