"Always an employee that has an attitude about something. There is never any hot n readys. Been told on different occasions there's no pizza, you're gonna have to wait, and then get totally ignored and order never gets taken. This location would be better off being closed."

"Pizza good but the bread sticks were overcooked and when I called back the guy told me it's on the oven and nothing they can do so I asked his name so I could pass that on to the corporate office and he wouldn't give me a name. I asked for his manager and he put me on hold and when he came back he said he would put my name in the journal so the next time I come in I could get another order of bread sticks. He made feel like he thought I was lying. If someone were to try to get something free it wouldn't be the smallest cheapest thing on the menu. I wouldn't lie about that no matter what. He made me feel uncomfortable and I feel like he thinks I'm a liar and cheat. Not good for business."

"I come here usually once a week or so, I honestly am hopeful every time that it will be different than the last but my hopeful heart is done with this location. Waited 40 minutes for an online order, they "lost" my pizza and just gave me a hot n ready when I ordered an extra most bestest. Their fix to the issue? Bread sticks hard as rocks. Two people working there and neither had the guts to actually Apologize."

"I asked for a fresh pepperoni pizza and the manager told me that that's as freshn as it's get. I have been waiting in the lobby for almost 7 minutes. So what she was telling me is that she wasn't gonna make me another pizza and I was gonna have to get that 1 that had been sitting there. If someone asks for something fresh that is what they should get."

"I have never in my life seen anything like this. I made a mobile order and I got confirmation it was ready to be picked up. I showed up and after this wild goose chase they finally said that it was not ready. I said that wasn’t fair to me because of the notification. The poor young lady who helped me was crying after going to get manager and telling me that she can’t do her job to manage and take accountability. She gave me a refund and told me that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was in my car waiting for 25 minutes and then the manager showed herself and said she wouldn’t do anything. I told her I was there for an HOUR and asked how she was going to make it right. She said she was not going to do anything. I asked to see the young women who helped me, and apparently she was so upset about this manager that she left home crying. This place is a dumpster fire."
