"Management or Owner needs to retrain their associates on MANNERISMS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. First time going into this store to ACTUALLY BUY a perfume for a gift . Mind you my friend wanted me to come with, to smell the right gift since she was in there yesterday. As soon as we walk in we got ignored by the older associate in the store "Betsy". Upon further more on smelling the 3rd perfume, she asked if she could ask is a question with out us saying yes, she fastly asked if we were actually going to buy something or if we werent with a disgusting look on her face because She most likely thought we looked like young teens because we are youthful,unlike her.We really needed to buy a perfume that was only in this store and we didn't buy anything because of her ATTITUDE AND HOSTILITY.She started to repeat that alot of people come in and ask her if they could smell a perfume and then just leave and buy it somewhere else or use their "ulta points" or sephora points concluding that we were only there to test and not buy.. which I clearly don't use neither because I only buy gucci and Kate spade for anything related of self care. It really is a shameful thing to make some one you don't even know feel bad with themselves when asking for help on a perfume."

"if I could give this place zero stars I would. please don’t get scammed here, the same perfume your paying $200 plus is $100 or little more at Dillards or Sephora/Ulta. Just keep that in mind when shopping for fragrances with them. My partner was shopping for my perfume somehow ended in there and paid $200 for a Chanel tender 3.4 fl oz toilette not even the parfum that’s literally $100 at Dillards. Unfortunate for us. Taking the L on this one, don’t be us these holidays. It’s no wonder they got the no returns/exchange policy."

"I came in to the store to smell colognes and to buy one. When I asked to smell one on my skin the lady told me she doesn’t want to because she thinks that I won’t buy anything just because I’ve been there once and didn’t buy anything my first visit and it was my second time even being in that store and she even threatened to call security just for that."
