Hobby Lobby

"Went into the Bullhead City AZ store and asked Marilyn for help in finding fabric adhesive, she told me that there was plenty of different adhesives up by the register, I said that I needed fabric adhesive, her response was "Well it's over by the fabric department and there should be someone over there". I went over to fabric only to find out that the person was on lunch, so I went searching for someone to help me find what I was looking for and did find 2 ladies, which one walked over and located what I needed. I've never been treated rudley in any Hobby Lobby before, but I would say that Marilyn needs to go through customer service schooling & learn how to treat customers with kindness and respect. "Great store for arts crafts and home decor ..always seem to have items on sale ..great selections of yarn, material ..home decor and imitation flowers ..have visited a few locations in the state of Arizona ..have never been disappointed with my purchases"

"Every time I’ve shopped this location they are always reshelving the seasonal section causes unnecessary clutter and foot traffic in that area of the store. Besides that section there’s plenty of crafting options. Lots of parking. They sell pieces of furniture. Lots of breakable things in the middle of the store right by the check out lanes. Best of luck if you have a bigger purse, children, or bulky anything around that section. Last I was there they stopped doing the universal coupon or a military discount."

"All you need for your home or event, it will be here. We found even folders for my collection coins! There is everything from flowers to accesories for the garage. My wife was happy at the kitchens section!"
