"This was my go-to shop, so writing a bad review makes me a little bummed out- but.... I bought an off brand glass nectar collector. I took it straight home and took *2* hits with it and it broke. The next morning I went in to let them know. The man behind the counter didn't seem like he cared that his glass was flawed, I began to insist there was a problem with his products, so to show me there wasn't, he grabbed the a similar pipe to the one I was referring to, took it apart to show me "it wasn't broken", but guess what, he pulled out a broken one, un-used, brand new, broken. He was embarrassed enough to sell me the part that broke for a reasonable price. I went home and ordered a silicone nectar collector, with a case and all the accessories for, pretty much the same price as the sales tax on the "cheap" glass one I bought. I only share all this as a warning. THOROUGHLY CHECK YOUR GLASS BEFORE YOU LEAVE I also noticed (their "pyrex" is not "PYREX", there is a difference...) I give them a 2 and not a 1, because I have been going there for so long, I hope they didn't change owners. Will change my review if the store improves overall"

"The women cashier behind the counter was great awesome polite very informative. but the shop itself was slightly over priced on a lot of its vape pen mods that are like 30-40 dollars cheaper right down the road"
