Not only did they help us find what would fix the fence but assisted, on their time, to get it put back together, since we had no tools. "Greg, the manager, was awesome! I had a catastrophic failure of my backpack while hiking on a mountain. We got it rigged up enough to get back to the car, but it needed a major repair before our next trip at the end of the week. Being many states away from home, we headed to the hardware store to see if we could come up with a miracle.
