"My Prius had a check engine light on, which had been diagnosed as a P1116. Google said to check certain things. My coolant level was low, possible cause. I called and spoke with Paul, he said that they work on Hybrids and to bring it by. A gentleman (sorry didn't get his name) added coolant (not where I expected it to go) and ran the diagnostics again. Same code. He checked further and the temperatures were only 3 degrees different (problem begins at 45 degrees.) He erased the P1116 code and told me if the check engine light came back to bring the car back in. They were friendly and courteous. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes. I will be back when the next service needs to be done. Highly recommend."
