"Got my 12 inch kicker and 1000 watt amp installed he said everything was good and tuned 20 minutes later my sub blew up I called and asked what he could do I had just payed money and he guaranteed everything was perfect so i called in to see what he could do he said it wasn’t his problem and there’s probably something wrong with my equipment but I had used my sub in my previous car for 6 months everything was fine, but after he installs it and tunes my stuff it blows up just doesn’t make sense and now I’m out my entire system and money very unhappy"

When I got there Ken came out to the truck Took ten minutes to figure it out. Seems like a Nice guy. knew what he was doing.
