A&W Restaurant

"Stood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to order, no one ahead of me, Dining room had 2 people inside, drive-thru had 3 cars. Two people behind me left without ordering. Receipt says order was placed at 1:30PM. Around 1:40PM, noticed staff was eating up front, not even trying to hide it. 1:45PM, walked up to counter and noticed all my food was sitting in a bag, getting cold. I asked the employee about my order, he said they were waiting on the 5pc nuggets for the kids meal. 1:50PM, order was finally finished, and side was wrong on kids meal. Hands down the worst experience in any food establishment."

"Went in for 25 chicken strips. I found out you have to buy different amounts they have advertised to equal near 25. KFC you need a button on the register for one chicken strip and then a multiplier. The chicken was great!"

"It was the worst KFC I have ever had, got a milkshake from the AW it was like chocolate milk gross, was not thick like a milk shake should be. The chicken tenders were not cooked all the way, the potatoes were very watery would not recommend going there!!!!!!"

"On a trip to San Diego, we decided to stop an an A&W. This one was a co-brand with KFC. It seemed to lean more toward the KFC side of the co-brand but I had good memories of A&W from my childhood. It was a complete disappointment. The burgers were just bland frozen burgers you can get at any grocery store. I have no idea where the fries came from, but they were terrible. The only good thing was the root beer, which was A&W branded. I have serious doubts any of the food is A&W branded. Or maybe my memory, was better as a memory."
