"My wife and I are visiting Lake Havasu City, Arizona for a couple of months. Our vehicle needed a regular service. We found a flier from Accurate Auto Care offering a discount. We checked Accurate online and found that they were highly recommended. I went to their shop and was greeted by their support staff, Lisa. Lisa advised me that the shop is not a quick oil change business and that they would need our vehicle for three to four hours. She also informed me that they provide a shuttle service to take me home and pick me up when our vehicle was ready. I thought about saying “thanks, but no thanks”. However, Lisa was very friendly and professional and the shop look very clean and organized, so I booked an appointment. Chris the Service Manager and shuttle operator drove me home. Chris was also very friendly and professional. He shared a lot of interesting information with me about Lake Havasu and area during the drive. So, he’s a great Havasu Ambassador as well. As it turns out, following the Accurate Auto Care technician's detailed inspection of our vehicle, it was in need of some serious repairs for safety and regular maintenance reasons as well. Lisa forwarded a document to us listing the repairs needed and this was accompanied by photos and a detailed description showing why the repairs were required. We then talked by phone with the repair technician Austin and, following a detailed estimate of the costs, made the decision to proceed with the repairs. We were told that the repairs would take a few days as they needed to order parts. Lisa updated us regularly during the next three days regarding their progress. This was truly appreciated. Chris called to let us know that our vehicle was serviced and repaired and ready as promised. Chris picked us up at our rental home and drove my wife and I back to the shop. Within a few minutes we were back on the road feeling comfortable and competent that our vehicle was operating like new! Overall, our experience with Accurate Auto Care was very positive.
