"This was the worst of the worst fried chicken I've ever had. The chicken was overcooked and dry and fried in dirty grease. I also got a fried apple pie that was also fried in dirty grease and instead of being crispy, was very dark, soft and old. I've always had delicious chicken at the location in palm desert, california, but moved to laughlin, nevada 2 months ago and was excited to find this location. What a surprise! Polar opposite experience and big disappointment- will never go back and do not recommend this place."

"So they experience That I had was incredible. I told my wife I would pick up Popeyes chicken after I picked something up in Bullhead. My wife thought that I told her after she’s done running her errands to go pick up Popeyes chicken I get there and do my order I hear on the intercom, her name I went out there found out my wife is ordering the food too. I come back laughing and the manager behind the counter says don’t worry will refund you your money and will keep her order Without no hesitation, they said it will be a little bit longer gave us free drinks for waiting. Now I tell you both of us were ordering for 15 people so for them to take care of us like that was amazing. Thank you guys for your hard work!!! PS and it was busy that night 12/31/23 New Year’s Eve 6:00pm"

"Edit: So we finally got around to going to Popeye's and this was my experience. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and it was moderately busy. The place looks alot bigger on the outside than the inside. The line moved fairly quickly. Our cashier (Pandra) was very friendly and attentive. She was the highlight of our visit. We went and sat at one of the booths which still had napkins and bits of food on the table, the whole dining area was a little dirty. Our food came out promptly and it was fresh. The food itself was a little underwhelming. It was very average. Their mashed potatoes and sauces were very good though. We'll probably go back but we're in no rush."

"Food was hot and edible. Price 12.99 think it was. I order spicy chicken stripes and got classic. Order came fast but wish I got spicy like I wanted.. For the price what you get not worth it to me. Also I understand places can get busy but garbage was overfilling and food on tables and floors and a mess at the drink stations. For such a nice new restaurant you would think they can keep up. Also the music could be a little lower to hear myself think. Just a little loud for me. Enjoyed the music otherwise."
