"Came in before work had 45 minutes B4 I clocked in. Had a new hire taking my order, little slow but that's understandable. Waited for almost 39 minutes for my order to be ready. Had the 5 people come in and order after me and they had they're orders in minutes. Had to go to the counter 2 times and heard staff in the back argue over who had to make my order. When I finally got my order it was wrong my daughter wanted curly fries and we only got crinkle. Not a good experience at all won't be coming back till I know the Lead that uses the walker is on schedule because he's on point and gets stuff done. This crew was most definitely not concerned about the customers. One other lady had to go to the counter and wait like I did. Definitely not Kool! SMH"
"We got food to go. Took about a half hour. They did give us some extra fries and chicken fingers. They were cold, but the dog liked it."
"The food was a little more greasy than normal. This could be a one time thing. But we don't normally travel to this location and I don't know that we'll come back to this Arby's. The workers were quick and efficient. My whole order was given to me, nothing forgotten."
"I asked for one 2/7 deal but was charged for 2 sets. No big deal but unfortunately i ordered the good burger combo with a shake and paid full price for the combo only to be told that i won’t be receiving my milkshake as they called me down to the counter. Get it together Arbys !"
