Pizza Hut 2911 Stockton Hill Road, Kingman, AZ 86401

"If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Myself and my family were moving all day and decided to get pizza for dinner. My dad ordered 3 pizzas online and when my mom went to pick up the order, it was wrong. The guy at the counter stated that there was nothing wrong with what was given and then started getting disrespectful with my mom when she stated that was not what was ordered. When she stated this, he started yelling at her telling her she needs leave. When my mom told him that the pizzas that were ordered were a special on their site, he said that they don’t do specials online and the site is not theirs so they don’t honor the deals. My mom then asked for his name and the cooperate number so she can call and make a complaint. He refused to give either. We will never go back to this place again. No one should be disrespected like my mom was just for stating the order was wrong and wanting it fixed."

"Be careful of this delivery person, I think her name is Jessica, not sure but she literally kicked my puppy in the stomach TWICE when she was walking to my doorstep because my 2 month old puppy was playful, which I have on camera. I didn't notice this on camera until after she was gone and my puppy was vomiting. I looked on camera thinking he may have ate something but then saw this delivery girl kick him hard!! I should press charges on this girl for animal cruelty!! Fire this girl!!!"

"My chicken wings were COMPLETELY raw and the general manager didnt even sound like she cared a single bit and made us take it up with door dash as if they were the ones who make the food. She said we have to “complain to door dash”"

"Definitely would not recommend this particular Pizza Hut in the future. Their customer service was excellent and they resolved issues before with my pizzas, but that is once in a blue moon Nowadays. I receive subpar pizza and even worse wings and desserts every time I order from here now, and frankly you’d be better off with Dominos or Papa John’s because they actually care about the quality of their pizza."

"Can I just say, this was one of the best visits to a Pizza Hut in years. I ordered online and picked up at the drive thru window. We were warmly greeted by Victoria, who was very pleasant and professional. Since we were staying from out of town at a hotel, we were so happy she offered plates and napkins. Our food was very hot and just as ordered. Would definitely recommend this location based on excellent customer service and great pizza."
