"To the owner: it wasn't a bad experience It just didn't taste like I remembered it, it's been years since I've gone there. Not your fault. things change and flavor of profiles of spices have changed significantly It's probably not your fault. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice."

"Came here alot when working out I Lake Havusu rebuilding there main street/Hwy 93. Was night work so was my go to for Dinner. Was really happy with my food from here. Seemed to be just made and was exactly what I ordered even with bigger orders. Also they don't skimp out on the quantities"

"Who is running the show here ? They need to be fired . The employees are lazy. The chairs and tables are filthy . I mean absolutely disgusting. I used to work at Taco Bell as a shift leader and I know fast food can get busy and messy but my god these chairs and tables have grime and foosty messes all over it from ages ago just caked on. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like up close. This should be embarrassing for whoever is in charge of this establishment. Clean house literally. Fire the useless lazy employees on their phones and hire some worth a damn to clean this place . I’m calling the health inspector because it was that gross ."

"We waited at least 10 minutes or more to place our order. While waiting the young lady at the fryer didn't look very happy. Cooked chicken looked like it was left over from lunch and she just threw it on the burner to reheat before making up orders. The gal taking orders left the front corner and I have no idea what she was doing. Looked over 3 or 4 times but did not return to take our order for at least the 10 minutes or more while we stood there. This is the worst El Pollo Loco meal we have ever had and we have enjoyed El Pollo Loco for many years"

"I usually take the drive through when I come. At the window the kitchen looks and smells clean. Honest truth, I hadn't tried this place until I came to AZ. This location chicken dinner are so good, fresh, fresh and Mann who is on the grill!! Every time, it never fails I can count my last 12 dollars to get some dang good crispy grilled chicken, good meaty pieces too. No hype! Lol"
