"Went to grab dinner after a long day. First time there and definitely the last. $32.74 for 1 small meal and 1 medium meal. $4.27 gratuity was added which I did not do. It was a walk in, to go order. Took it home less than 2 miles away to eat and the fries were cold. Never again."

"All those great Carl’s Jr. TV ads make the burgers look great. But at this particular Carl’s the Famous Star with cheese I bought was just a sloppy mess and the meat patty was a grey blob, not a charbroiled tasty burger. Quality has really gone down. Carl’s Jr. used to be the best - and it’s really good when it’s cooked up fresh and correctly. But this restaurant is right at the Arizona/California border and has plenty of people stopping here while they buy gas in Arizona before entering California so clearly many, many, many shortcuts are being taken in the preparation of food."

"I could only hope that this Carl's Jr could get better over the years but it seemingly has not changed if not getting worse. If you want fast or fresh food then this one definitely lacks both most the time. Decided to try their fish sandwich for Lent only to find it NOTHING like they advertise and it didn't even have lettuce and very little of what I guess they say was tartar sauce. Highly dissapointed once again and will probally stay away from their restaurants for quite awhile!"

"This was a quick bite to eat. Parking lot was loaded with Tesla charging stations. Well over 50. This is like a typical Carl's Jr. When we walked in we ordered our food we were promptly served our food table side. Food was fresh and hot. No complaints."

"Short wait in line before getting to the counter. Service is a little slow but ok. Ordered the single guacamole bacon burger. It looked awesome in the advertising picture, as most advertising is. It was far from awesome. See picture and check out the advertising. Do you see any guacamole in my picture? If you zoom in real close and look in the top right corner you will see a very small amount. Now, it was spread over the whole thing but it was not any where near the amount shown in advertising. It was very good just disappointed with advertising versus truth. Where is Ralph Nader?"
