"Took over 15 minutes to make two drinks. They spent way more time talking and giggling with each other. No greeting or happy faces like it used to be. Only time she smiled was when a male coworker came and greeted her. Handed me the drinks without saying what they were or to have a nice day. Customer service is terrible at this location. Would rather drive to one of the other ones."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Dutch Bros. I ordered at the walk up window because we had a trailer and couldn’t go through the drive through, immediately ordered but didn’t receive my 2 drinks for 20 minutes. They only made drinks for the drive through. 5 other groups of people tried to order at the window but the employees ignored them long enough that everyone of those groups left. Waisted 20 minutes of my life, I will never go to this Dutch bros again."

"Every. Single. Time. They make drinks different. If we order something on the menu it should be the exact same. The only difference I can see is if it is hot, iced or blended. I normally drink regular coffee. When my wife and daughter want me to grab a drink for them on my way home I am reluctant. Even if they tell me how it should be and I do my best to make sure it's made right.. They are disappointed. Each person makes the drink a little different. No quality control. This most recent time I had to return to get the drinks remade. The manager was apologetic, but I just told him how frustrated I was. It happens all the time. I had to drive all the way back. I am considering forcing my family to only go to Starbucks. Or better yet coffee at home. No credit to my wife's account. No points. Nothing. Just remade drinks. That were better, but still not quite right. I also saw a previous post about the tip screen being shoved in their face. My last visit they did not do this. But they have in the past. Excellent service I request to leave a tip. Short of that I don't want to see a tip screen. In the end if I have learned one thing.. It is that my wife and daughter are insane. They go to Dutch Bros and expect different results from the last visit. It does not appear it is going to happen."

"This is by far the best place to go for coffee!! The staff makes it even better! I love this place!! If you like sour, try the high dive lemonade! The other drink they made in a decorated cup they made for my daughter! She loves black tea with strawberry, peach and passion fruit. This poor drink doesn't have a name yet. The creator works at the foothills location and should get to name it and add it to the menu! My daughter had a hard time finding the right combination until this was suggested!"
