Yuma Landing Bar & Grill 195 South 4th Avenue, Yuma, AZ 85364

"We went to the Landing for dinner on a Saturday night (3/16/24), there was 5 of us. Marcus was our waiter who sat us in the bar area and took our orders. Most of the dinner crowd was gone. Even though he wrote everything down, there were still mistakes. The drinks came out in the wrong glasses, we ordered drinks in pint glasses but they came in cocktail glasses. Not a HUGE mistake but still. The bartender rolled his eyes when we sent it back. When our food came out it was not all at the same time, some orders were wrong. I ordered the pancakes meal, which was good but the bacon was extra salty. We ordered well done wings but they definitely were not. Salsa was very garlicky. My cousin ordered the chimichanga with steamed veggies on the side. The broccoli came out cold and the chimichanga was cold on the inside so the waiter took the plate back. A few mins later (long enough to remake a plate) the KITCHEN MANAGER came out and said he stuck his finger in the burrito and it was hot & he didn’t know what to tell us since he wasn’t remaking it. And he said that we were going to pay for it since it wasn’t being taken off the check. My cousin said ok well I can’t have it back now since you stuck your finger in it and the manager walked off. My cousin is over 70 years old and never sends food back. We weren’t looking to have anything comped but it did need to be hot. Daniel the bartender came over and asked what happened then came back and said he talked to Cory, another manager and addressed it. He took the plate off the check since we never got anything brought back/replaced. I wasn’t done with my meal but after that, I was. Daniel asked that we give them another chance when he’s there so he could take care of us. I’ve been there before and the food and service is usually just ok, so I’m not sure I’ll go back. Everyone at the table wrapped up drinks and was pretty much done. It was very surprising and rather embarrassing to have kitchen staff come out and tell a customer what he’s not going to do."

"Had salad, shareable but was packaged lettuce mix, ok romaine, grilled chicken ok. Service slow for 5pm. Nice pics, atmosphere, staff. Bathroom needs updated and floor cleaned. I personally will not go back."

"So lucky to find this neat hidden gem. The space is filled with amazing historical photos of the area and early days of aviation. The menu has good options and the service was very friendly. Recommendations: Fajitas Taco salad Cherry pie Other items I heard were good to order: south west salad and the Flatbread taco"

"Came for dinner as wanted to check out something local and found the decor impressive. Lots of local history which is cool. Service was good and friendly however the food left a bit to be desired as well as the drinks. Ordered the fry bread which tasted good but was served room temp. Margaritas were on the light side."

"Very clean restaurant with multiple seating options in several rooms. Staff was very courteous and thoughtful and obviously worked as a team. I had a cheese burger with lettuce and tomato which was tasty. Large amount of pictures and other artifacts enhanced the setting and almost made it feel as if you were in a museum."
