"I had a tire issue on Thursday eve. The weekend of the Parker 500. I was driving my 24' Class C motorhome so I was going to need to be towed to a tire store. Being the weekend of this big race it was hard for my towing service to find some9nebwith a big enough flatbed to transport it. Needles Towing came from over 3hrs away just to take me a mile. He was kind enough to stop at a gas station on the way so I could get for my generator on the likelihood I was going to be hanging out for a couple days. Since I am disabled he was great about climbing up on the lift to put gas in for me. I would highly recommend them for any RV or large vehicle towing."

"Don't have your insurance call this establishment if you're broke down and stuck on the side of the road. They will accept it from their dispatch, with no intention on coming to rescue you. That means you'll sit there and wait and wait and wait with absolutely nobody coming to help. Very unprofessional and rude!"
