"On Monday, Nov 27, 2023 at 10:28am, I placed an order for an item on sale ($80 off) on the NutriMill website. My order came to $311.56. The next day at 12:09pm I get an email stating my order has been canceled "at my request." I did no such thing. First I tried calling them only to be forwarded to voicemail. Annoyed, I replied to their email asking why it was canceled and that I did not request that. A day goes by, I hear nothing back. I went to their website and filled out their contact form stating the problem again. Another day goes by, I hear nothing. I use the contact form again only to receive yet again no reply. I message them on Instagram... nothing. I message on Facebook... nothing. I called again and left a message. Some time goes by and FINALLY I get a call back. Then I'm told two different stories. At first, she said my email wasn't a subscribed account and so my order was automatically canceled. That does not make any sense. Their website should not allow guest checkout if they don't want people checking out without an account. Then I was told my order was canceled because I'm using a PO Box. Again, why does their checkout allow it? But whatever, that should be a simple address change, right? No. I was told they tried to call me. False. I did not receive any calls. Then she said they tried to email me. False again. I never received any emails. When I asked if she could simply reopen my order she said "There's nothing I can do. I'm terminating this call." This is clearly a case of their customer service staff is beyond lazy. I email again. This time another lady responds and tells me "order it off Amazon." FYI: It's not currently sold on Amazon and then I would not get the $80 sale price I was trying to get. This company has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I'm baffled how they stay in business when they treat their customers like this."
