"I’ve come through the drive through previously with no issues. But today was completely different story. When I walked in only one other person was ahead of me. Made my order of one hot coffee. Started to wait….. and wait… and wait. At the 15 minute mark the individual in front of me went up to the counter and asked about his drink and that it had been over 20 minutes and they instantly started making his drink. So I go up and stood in line with 4 employees behind the counter. Make eye contact with several of them… crickets. Wasn’t until 4 minutes of standing there at my 20 minute mark of making my order they finally addressed me and magically I had my drink a few moments later. This is the first time I’ve been to a Starbucks waited this long and not addressed while standing at the counter. By the time I got my drink there was 8 other people standing inside waiting for their orders. IMO this is unacceptable. Only getting 2/5 stars because of previous experiences being positive."

"I loooove this location and am so glad it is here! I stopped almost every day during my week long vacation and every visit was fantastic. The staff was nice, the establishment was clean/orderly, and the indoor/outdoor layout is convenient for a number of people and weather conditions. I'll definitely be back on my next visit."

"Went throught the drive through this morning and there were cars on both sides, doubled up, in the drive through...I thought it would take forever. The team got us through so quickly, I don't know how that line went so quick?!? Great job starbucks!"

"Always a favorite place to enjoy a venti cappuccino, with a few shots and cinnamon on top. My daughter and granddaughters enjoy the pumpkin bread and vanilla scones in Henderson."
