"Honestly I love the Human Bean but this location needs to get it together. All the girls are super sweet and great at their job. The manager keeps forgetting to order the food items on the menu and its extremely irritating. When I called to tell him that they are always out of bagels he told me they come in on Tuesdays and that his boss only lets him order a certain amount. Went there today & sure enough they were out of bagels. According to the girls working he didnt order them this week. I dont understand why have an item on the menu if you arent able to serve it. Julio needs to get it together."
